Precision Paper Sheeter with Variable Cut Length
Our paper sheeter is designed for versatile production, offering variable cut lengths for both on-line and off-line applications. This advanced sheeter is capable of alternative sheeting or batching across up to six streams side by side, making it ideal for a wide range of production needs. Equipped with servo drives, the cut length can be adjusted electronically—eliminating the need for manual gear wheel changes.

Key Features of the Sheeter
Heavy-Duty Design
A robust, self-contained unit built for demanding production environments.
Versatile Web Handling
Compatible with webs with or without sprockets.
Edge Trimming
Sheets can be trimmed on all sides for a polished result.
Customizable Stacks
Set the number of sheets per stack via a user-friendly touch panel.
Effortless Size Changes
Knife cylinder size changes managed through electronic regearing.
Efficient Shearing Technology
The sheeter operates with a clean shear cut system, ensuring precision and quality. A rotary knife and a fixed knife collaborate to deliver accurate cuts:
Single Cutting Position: For standard sheeting with cut lengths matching print repeats, the unit uses one cylinder for seamless operation.
Chip-Out Cutting Position: For shorter cuts than the print repeat (e.g., 12” to A4), two cylinders are employed—one for chip-out and one for final sheet cutting. The chip-out size is fully adjustable for maximum flexibility.
Superior Delivery and Versatility
The Star Wheel delivery system excels at handling challenging materials and applications, such as products with adhesives or glassine windows. Finished products can be delivered either:
In stacks on an elevating table, counted to the desired sheet number.
Or shingled on a conveyor for streamlined processing.
